Peter was told by Jesus that he was the rock upon which the Church was built. At Yoxall St Peter’s , we believe that our children are also the rocks upon which our future church and society will be built.
We are a Church of England School and have close links with St Peter’s Church in Yoxall. Living a life following Christian values underpins all that we do here at Yoxall St Peter’s Primary School. We strongly believe that whether you are a Christian or not, the fundamentals of the teachings of Christ will lead you to become a fully rounded person who respects and values others no matter what their background.

At Yoxall St Peter’s Primary School we want our children to develop a love of learning. We want them to become resourceful, enquiring and independent people who believe in themselves and dream of what they can achieve. We want them to have a mutual respect, understanding and consideration for the ideas, attitudes, values and feelings of others. We want them to value and be valued as part of their local community and citizens of the world. Through our growing understanding of our own rights and responsibilities, we are the custodians of the future and will achieve God’s plan, reading and interpreting with wisdom the many signposts laid out for us on the roads, ways and global highways of our life.
